The Carriage Hall wedding venue.

The biggest of congratulations to Bethany and Simon who held their modern wedding at St Michael & All Angels Church in Markfield, Leicester, a special place for Beth (her grandad even made the church gates!). The day began with bridal and groom preparations at The field Head Hotel, and was followed by a wedding reception at the stunning Carriage Hall in Plumtree, Nottingham.

A shout out to hair stylist Amy Elliott and make up artist Becky Ghent who did a fantastic job.

Swedish wedding traditions in Nottingham.

A glorious day full of love, laughter and Swedish traditions including coins in shoes, games of kub (a Swedish stick throwing game), and featuring a lot of kissing of the bride when Simon left the room, and vice versa!

Amazing wedding suppliers in Leicestershire.

Sometimes a wedding team come together that are an absolute dream to work with and I really couldn’t recommend photographer Emma Wenham Photography enough. An absolute legend all day.

Beth and Simon also chose the below Leicestershire wedding suppliers for their wedding day

Cake - Prana Cafe, a vegan cafe in Leicester selling vegan, vegetarian and organic food
Florist - Bradgate Flowers
DJ - Jackstar (always a pleasure seeing Nigel again, our own wedding DJ!)
Flower wall - Rustic Rose
