Fawsley Hall wedding venue.

Catherine and Simon married in December 2021 at St Boltoph's Church in Church Brampton, followed by a wedding reception at the beautiful country house wedding venue Fawsley Hall in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

And this wedding was emotional. Prior to the ceremony starting, they lit a candle to remember Catherine’s Mum Lorna. It was obvious to see the emotions pouring out throughout Catherine and SImon’s vows to each other, and wonderful to see how strong and supportive they are together.

Of course this isn’t to say that their wedding wasn’t also full of fun. There was spontaneous singing in Church, an amazing surprise singing waiter Simon Austin and 10 out of 10 to the entire wedding party for singing Westlife’s Flying Without Wings during Catherine and Simon’s first dance!

A winter wedding in Daventry.

December weddings can be more challenging to film and photograph due to lack of natural daylight, so timing of the day during the winter months is key. Myself and Elliot W Patching Photography (and his wonderful assistant Richard) achieved some beautiful wedding portraits of this gorgeous pair, and we’re really pleased with how the video turned out!

We absolutely love the video! It’s so brilliant and you have captured everything wonderfully. All the special moments and details are fabulous it made us both cry all over again!
